Ya i get the "you guys were being dicks and doing your best to skirt the rules" part of the punishment and that being the issue they are trying to punish. I just disagree with throwing tampering in with that. that seems like a stretch not having seem those specifc screenshots, because from what i can tell, back in november ish there were talks of him coming back and recreating. I also think that with tampering charges at some point the screenshots should be released (maybe with the appeal ruling?). Its a large punishment and there needs to be some accountability from HO on things that large. I trust them to make the right call but on large charges it should be shown to some extent.

They also commented that they had a lot more. So assuming that's true and they have all this evidence they're not releasing....what I'm guessing has happened here is that HO decided to take the soft and subtle approach, most likely to avoid a gigantic blowup and dirty laundry of everyone seeing screen shot of people being huge dicks. Can anyone raise their hand and tell me why HO might think showing screenshots of people being huge dicks is not their favorite option?

Now, presuming all this evidence exists, HO is getting punched in the mouth because they don't know how to be aggressive. Be Be aggressive. They tried to take a soft and diplomatic approach (as they often seem to) towards a group they clearly feel is malicious and up to no good and it was the wrong call. The idea that letting people blow off steam and it'll all smooth over shortly isn't really without merit but you gotta pick and choose your spots on that.
