TOO. MUCH. MONEY
We have tons of money and nothing to do with it.
Finding money is just way too easy.
Certain jobs pay way too much, I think the best example is Bex, with the difference between her commish pay (which as a former commish, is soul crushingly difficult) and her offseason presenting (which as a former events coordinator head, is not easy but much much less work) was 1M. I think this will discourage members to do harder work. Hell, I know im done working, but seeing me do 2 years of work to be passed in a season just like that is super depressing and certainly kills my drive to do anything
Very simply, we need to pay LESS. SO MUCH LESS. or we need to make MORE THINGS TO BUY. Our sim economy is absolute garbage, has been for decades.
THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW! our irl economy is going down the shitter so who knows maybe this will become super relevant lol
