What about a fixed inflation system for each new season. I.e. every season increase costs 10% across the board. Training, equipment etc. Increase pay the same value so new money is always equal buy old money devalues.
Probably neater to devalue people’s bank balance by 10% and keep the same net prices however but I think that accomplishes the same thing
