If we’re being honest right now, the best “Dark Horse” team to make a run in the NSFL would be the San Jose Sabercats. After being cast out last season and being easily one of the worst teams In the league, they have turned it around in a big way this off-season and this regular season. They have shown that they are a team to be messed with and that “Any Given Sunday” applies to them as well. The San Jose Sabercats have only one ultimus under their belts, but this could be the season that they make a play for #2. Led by their GM Ckroyal92, who has been apart of management since the inaugural season in the NSFL, there has been a lot of up and down seasons. San Jose hasn’t been to the playoffs in years, and this is the year that they can potentially just continue the dream. They need to win their week 13 matchup in Austin to guarantee a playoff spot, but with everything else funky that has happened this season, Like sweeping Orange County, they could easily make this run and continue to bring this momentum to the playoffs and potentially the ultimus. I wouldn’t sleep on the San Jose Sabercats.
