With the DSFL playoff picture firmly made, Kai Sakura hopes to up his game to help get the Grey Ducks not only into the Ultimini, but to take it home to the trophy cabinet. Coming after a disappointing week 13 and 14 where Kai did not catch one ball over both games, he has high hopes to unleash his potential in combination with other wide receivers, standout rookie Tychrondrius Hood and Ducks veteran Draymond Brooks to continue their stella passing offense through SnowBow whilst having MVP candidate Jamar Lackson occuping the backfield, lurking as a constant threat. The duel threat offense of the Ducks has been dynamic all season, but if Kai can add more to the plate, it could be the cherry on top of the cake to secure the Ultimini. Being pretty confident in beating the Royals, Kai still takes them as a serious threat but looks more towards the Ultimini, and presumably the Luchadores that will stand in the team’s way. Kai is confident that with a constantly improving team that gives it their heart and soul in the gym and on the field, they will be able to go on to lift the trophy and reward the hard work of all players this season, Kai included.
