Looks like it is undeniable that the Orange County Otters and their MVP candidate Franklin Armstrong will be the champions of the NSFL season. While Armstrong gets most of the credit, the real reason for Orange County's continued dominance is their defense. Boasting what could be the best defensive backfield in the league, their are names like Korrin Abernathy, AJ Lattimer and Kacey Dream. These three cornerbacks combine for 2808 TPE as of the current updates for an average of 936 per player. This does not even include safety Tyrone Biggums and his 1000+ TPE as well as former number one overall pick, Vegeta who is earning at a max rate. Not sure how any teams can compete passes against this squad so look for the Otters to only allow less than twenty-eight points this postseason. The last piece of this championship defense is their veteran linebacker Lanzer Grievous. Another player that was over 1000 TPE at their max and still one of the best in the league at 958 TPE. Franklin Armstrong may get all the fame, but NSFL players and coaches know that this Orange County team will go as far as their great defense takes them this postseason.
