In my opinion, the Yellowknife Wraiths are poised to take the Ultimis this season. They have the best record in the league at 11-2. They also lead the league in scoring with 406 points scored along with leading in scoring defense only allowing 196 points. What more could you ask for than the team that leads in all major categories? They have a potent passing attack led by C Bigsby who leads the league with 29 passing touchdowns. They have a monster fullback who finished the season with 268 carries for 1280 yards and 7 TDs, averaging 4.8 yards per carry. N Swift gives them one of the top receiving threats in the league, he snagged 11 TDs receiving this year. On the defensive side of the ball, their pass rush is the best in the league hands down. They recorded 50 sacks as a team this year which led the league. G Kroustis and M Virtanen were 1 and 2 respectively in sacks this season. I think this is the year we see the Wraiths take it all. As far as a dark horse team, how can you count out the defending champion New Orleans Second Line? New Orleans has the big game post season experience and their coaches will put them in a position to win.
