Imagine being a Yeti fan. A diehard. Watching your team struggle through mediocrity for so many years while other dynasties rise and fall. Not this year.
This is the year that the Yeti take it home. This is it. With the strongest start in team history, it might seem like it would have been a sure thing. But like every year, it seems luck was not on their side. Sure, they have one of the most talented rosters of all time but that might not be enough because the Wraiths themselves are having a historically good year. It is going to come down to a game between them to see who advances to the final, and it is safe to say the real Ultimus this year is that NSFC title game. No offense to the other conference, we just know what is going to happen.
The Yeti will shock the world and take win it. Their stellar defense will rise to the occasion, with many grizzlied vets and young superstars playing for something more meaningful than their counterparts. This is it for the Yeti, their window will be closing soon. They need to win, and they are going to win. The Ultimus is coming to Colorado, where it belongs.
