It’s time for some NSFL Playoffs predictions! Since my team Sarasota lost on the wildcard week, though it was a great season debut all things considered, I’d like to think there's two types of scenarios in which things unfold for the rest of the postseason: the very best team of regular season wins it all or one surprise upset occurs and we get a different kind of Ultimus champion. For the former I’ll go with the Otters and for the latter I choose the Yeti.
We all know that Orange County is the great dynasty of the NSFL and with the experience they have (8 titles won) I can see them comfortably waiting for their rival in the Ultimus game; first they have to defeat Austin with home field advantage. During the season both got a win against each other, though this time I'm sure the Otters won’t be disappointing their fans and they can count on his QB Armstrong to lead them to victory. Now, for the case of a dark horse I see a chance for the Yeti to finally return to an Ultimus game; they have a great team with an explosive QB/RB duo and though they first need to get a win in Yellowknife, I don't think they have to go through a complicated path as the one in the ASFC conference. We’ll soon see how things work out for both of these teams, hopefully we end up with a very entertaining postseason no matter who gets the title.
