"A player must be listed as the starter at a specific position on the depth chart at least 60% (3/5) of the season.
A player must NOT play outside their listed position during anytime throughout the season, UNLESS they play in the FL position OR the FB position (not the designation)?
How would this example be handled, most games Team A played Player B at DE, and then in 1 or 2 games Team A tested better with Player B at DT. would that make him ineligible?
I think its a great rule, just want a little clarification.
