Is no one taught to attempt to personally handle problems first anymore? You have an issue with a person, you speak to them directly first. You know, like an adult.

This whole situation could've been easily avoided if someone, almost literally anyone, had brought this up to Joe personally. No one did, and here we are. Nevermind the out of context comment leaked from a personal message meant to frame Joe in a negative light.

To be fair it wasn't out of context at all. I went to Joe about it first and that was literally the only response I got back. Which at the time seemed dismissive and like he wasn't going to bother with it. To me it read as "I'm not going to argue with you.". That is how we got here. Since then, Joe and I have spoken and it was realized as a misunderstanding.
