Yep this, plus offenses were at their worst ever just because of low tpe at the league was just starting. Obviously defenses were too, but I'd bet low tpe disproportionately harms offenses through low QB play.
Does go to show though how good Sarasota's defense has been this season. Colorado was in a similar position halfway through S22, but we regressed. I bet the same happens here as Sarasota's schedule gets a little more difficult.
