Wow, my first practice as a rookie was a daunting experience. Just walking into the outlaws facility I knew that I was joining the start of something great. Coming in to an established championship locker room was making me quake in my boots. Meeting the whole team went pretty well I managed to stammer out some "hello"s and a couple of "nice to meet you" to the veteran players of the team. The rookies all got together next and started to mingle among one another, Tim Pest and C.A Chess were the two most notable personalities among the rest of the rookies. Pest was too busy getting hazed by the rest of the team to get to know him too well but Chess was gracious enough to sit down and talk about his experience with me. That helped me get a little more comfortable because it helped me see that everyone has their own unique way of getting on to the team and now that we are all here it is time for all of us to work together and bring another championship to Arizona. The other player I was really excited to meet was Ryan Flock he helped me a lot during the first practice, as the other safety on the roster we worked together out on the field quite a bit the first day. Flock guided me through some of our defensive schemes and even gave me some tips on what equipment has worked best for him in the NSFL. It was a great practice and going home later that night I knew that the Outlaws were going to be the greatest show on turf this year
