GFX Pay Changes

Personally I think this is unfair for a few reasons. The first is all of us rookies just signed three year contracts. Some of us would have worked out different deal if we knew that our way of income was going away to be changed. I think it's already basically impossible to be a max person with only graphic and now pay was lowered.

I don't even know what a flame decal is and that's considered low quality well I'm done. I spend time in paint blending colors and making number changes to match me. I don't use other software I don't know how.

I also noticed the bonus is just made up opinion and I saw how the media bonus was done and it was not fair. People right quality piece but them teammates of the graders get enough money to get out of negative for no real reason and that's from a former teammates that j liked.

I guess I will go look at how the other league I get pms about does money. It think they at least have a system for free points for no money.

Also how many people were ever fined in old system. If paint was so shit I never got a warning on things I just get it banned out right. Now if you have no graphics skill and are poor writer you better be in the ole boy clubs to get jobs.

I will address this point by point.
1- We will be introducing additional ways to make money with GFX to make up for lower pay
2- GFX tutorials were just posted in discussions, we are also going to introduce a tutorial Q&A type sub-forum for any GFX creating questions
3-I will ensure that nobody is receiving any bonuses based on team affiliation. If this becomes an issue, let me know.
4- Other leagues use other systems to earn TPE, this league uses money.
5- Sorry if you never received a warning that paint work was not what we are looking for, there are many other programs that you can use to create GFX along with the previously mentioned tutorials to help you out.
