It's nobody's fault but the head graders that those penalties weren't enforced.
This is not an enforcing of penalties. This is needlessly confusing and throws the power back to the arbitrary.
I've checked your past work and it looks good to me, I really don't understand this talk about some new guidelines for submissions. I'd like everyone to think of this more as an increase in the severity of the penalties that used to be in place already.
There was still subjectivity in terms of what work deserved a penalty and what work didn't in the old system. In this system, instead of the penalty being a warning and small stacking fines each consecutive week, it is a lack of payment. In the old system people could submit low quality work and still get 2.6 Mil, in this system that won't happen.
I do recognize that there is subjectivity in the system, which is why I have said many times that if you feel like there has been a mistake when grading your work, contact a grader.
Yes, it is harder to make money as you can no longer upload pictures of NFL players with an Arial font name in the back.
If you question whether your work is going to be struck down by the "subjective arm of the law," you clearly must not think highly of your work, as I have made it clear that this new change will only affect those who get by with low quality submissions.
If you put effort into your work, you will receive money. Even if you design in a minimalistic style, there is a clear difference between your work and some of the other low quality work that has been submitted.
