To be fair, under the new system (had it been implemented), you would have probably gotten the effort and skill bonuses and ended up making significantly more every time.  Are you really happy now, when JoeBob CopyPaste gets the same cash as you every week for his 5 minutes of effort?

Maybe not but lowering everybody's pay because a few people cheat is not a good solution.
