Price had been to college cause it was essentially free for him, he was in the army and they would pay for it. He also didn't really seem any harm not to, go get a degree and be able to play football? It was no brainer for him. He happened to be in Florida at the time, and he liked the Gators quite a bit, so he decided to go there and get onto the team. They took Price in pretty quick cause of his readiness, along with his intelligence. He wanted to be a safety and nothing else, the Gators were pretty contempt and okay with it. Price had been a safety back in high school, but since he was in the army, or a special branch at least, there wasn't much info about it. He broke into the roster pretty well, he fit in with most of the other players. He was a pretty damn good safety, helping the Gators secure many wins along with a good amount of tackles. They managed to win a couple of championship games as well, their team being in the SEC. The Gators highly spoke of Price ever since then, even after he was gone off of their team and the roster. Price had gotten quite a few awards whilst playing for the Gators, he had a great couple of seasons when he was there.
