The error is pretty obvious, you didn't put the Otters at 14 wins!

You are actually part right. By TPE, the Otters are FAVORED in every game, but obviously losses will happen. I initially had them at 12, but feared that was too high. As a result, if you total up all the expected wins, you only get 54.3, when there will be 56 wins available (assuming no ties).
