I actually like this idea a lot. Having a set payout for submitted graphics would eliminate the sometimes 2 or 3 week long wait for grades and payouts, and free up the graders to do something else, and allowing P2P transactions for graphics would give creators a bit of a break. They could charge as little or as much as they’d like, and be free from the subjective grading process that in my mind is pretty skewed. But I think honestly if grading is going to stay the primary way of paying out graphics it needs a drastic overhaul. The fluctuation of grades between good and bad graphics is wild. I won’t say it’s bias based on the user, but in the graphics industry and in anything people have their own taste. If the grader doesn’t like your style of work, regardless of how good it is or how much you spent on it you could get a low score simply because the graders doesn’t like it. This is just kind of what I’ve seen and felt and is my opinion, but I think there is valid points here. There is almost ZERO consistency in grading and I think that puts a lot of people off. I would like to see P2P transactions, but if grading remains the rubric or grading process would need a pretty ferocious overhaul in my opinion
