While it's unlikely that a team called the Outlaws based in Arizona would do a bunch of community outreach, at least, not through community service, especially considering Passman apparently is a literal criminal, Darren Pama is more socially minded. He would reach out to Arizona's most steadfast and consistent group in order to get support, both for his team and his favored cause of feeding people in need: Old retirees. By doing a bunch of ads targeted specifically to take advantage of the older crowd, he'd work with local restaurants and food chains to get food to the poor and downtrodden by playing on the heartstrings of people who have not been targeted very directly. Darren Pama would use his own past as a lower class walk on in order to gain sympathy, and would be "caught" putting his body where his mouth and money were by working at soup kitchens and getting food to the needy. There is a bit of self-serving motivation for all the good he'd be doing, though: He'd also do this to create a platform for him to run for office in Arizona as a decent person who actually wanted to create positive change for the country, people who are in all too short supply in office at all times.
