(S26) - PT 3 - Oh, the Who-manity!

Well obviously, during a pandemic there is not much one can do on the face to face front, yet despite all of the external strife and general miserable climate, there is still much that can be done to help those around us; it just has to be done in a different way. Taking inspiration from the actions of Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, Suleiman Ramza has been trying to help the children of California. Through the Goodwill of Orange County, Ramza’s money will hopefully go to helping those struggling to find and maintain jobs overcome those obstacles and provide new opportunities to relieve the good people of Anaheim of their unemployment and replace it with stable employment and income. Through a social media campaign with Orange County United Way to recruit more virtual tutors for the schools of Orange County. Working with the OCUW ended up being really fun as for a week, Ramza got to host a daily streaming session, where he would read a short story for them; he even got to use his history diploma to read some more medieval texts during one of his days. Through this campaign, Ramza and OCWU were able to find volunteers for hundreds of reading tutor hours.
