Who's TPE was messed up?

Luechly had 9 TPE from activity checks and weekly training that ended before he joined the site. 7 of it is being taken away (the other 2 was close enough). So this week he barely improves while his peers get much better. I, on the other hand, bought the rest of my pro gear and gained 35 TPE. I'll be much more competitive from now on.
