Funny to call it punishment "clarification" when it's just finally seeing an official ruling behind the decision that HO just made up to ignore the old rules about suspended players being ineligible for play. Still stuck in my craw, but at least the issue is fixed. The scariest part of this rule is the idea that if I get suspended they'll take away my Dotts subscription.

Putting conduct rules in is a huge win too. Doesn't quite have the same je ne sais quoi as "don't be a dick" but nevertheless a positive addition to the rulebook.
