[Memento Mori]

To provide some additional context: Orange County voted 'For' the SD rule, not because we thought it was a good addition to the ballot or thought it was funny, but because that was the first option and I wanted to spend as little time as possible on it. Other GMs complained in GM chat that they had to vote on it. I assumed this joke wasn't going to make it to the actual Announcements post so I didn't bother putting it in the war room to discuss with the rest of the ballot.
