Raise the upper echelon of graphics pay rates. Make a 4/7 worth $2M (equivalent to 1189 words), 5/7 worth $3M (equivalent to 1723 words), 6/7 worth $4M (equivalent to 2283 words), and 7/7 worth $5M (equivalent to 2637 words). Given the fact that 7/7s are given so rarely anyways, they should be worth the time and effort put into them. This will also further incentivize new users to try and make graphics, as a decent amount of effort (4/7) makes them a good payday.

As the gfx head it would have been nice to at least have a voice in this. Or have been notified about it.
As an occasional GFX submitter who wastes time doing jersey changes, background removals and only gets paid 1 million, I'm glad to be notified by the HO and basically the head of GFX that I don't put in a "decent amount of effort".
No wonder nobody does them.
If you want to understand more of what the team looks for in a submission, or for new techniques to design your sig to change it up feel free to message me about it or join our graphics discord. I understand you're frustrated about the results your submissions receive, the people in the gfx discord and community are more than happy to toss around ideas with you on ways to make your submissions stick out more.
i think one huge factor is the different skill levels at which users work with photoshop etc. an experienced user can throw out graphics in no time and receive good money for it.
i remember i basically wasted 3-4 hours on a jersey swap, with numbers and everything and got a 2.5 (550k) for it.

this is the gfx i'm talking about. i know it was still under an old grading but still it's super frustrating if you're really putting in the work and it just doesn't feel rewarding.
the thing is, in the time i created this signature i just could've wrote a 3-5k word article about some nonsense and would've made some real cash.
