What do you think happened against San Jose?

This is a competitive league, we're all pros here, we should know we can't make mental mistakes and give the other side the edge in an already close game. We ended up with what? 80? 90 penalty yards? That's almost the length of the field, that's a scoring change in penalties alone. We have to be smarter and we have to execute all phases.
