Offseason Opinions
The offseason and the training camp as a whole was probably the most interesting and intense moments of my career. Starting with getting drafted by the London Royals was definitely a team that I am proud of to be part of as I get to use that team to prove the rest of the DSFL of not drafting me. When I got the training camp, I got to meet my team as they are fantastic and everything but the two in particular are my great friends Bradley and Parm. Parm was drafted 8th overall and with good reason as the boy can throw the ball for days and that is going to be a sight to see when I am watching on the bench of Parm slinging as I am sure Bradley is blessed to have Parm on his team. And speaking of Bradley, his style is truly something to watch out for as it is going to be having to guard Bradley a lot as his skills similar to most WRs but his skills far unique and quite frankly far better than what most people give him credit for so guarding Bradley will be like guarding the best WR in DSFL as I get to prove that I am the best CB in this draft class, best defensive player in the draft class and the best defender period so this will be fun. I had a ton of fun in the offseason as we did some workout drills, tackling(even though I am not fan of it like jeez thanks coach!), WR v CB drills, catching drills, a fun 40 time and lastly the best thing in practice is scrims as I always prefer practicing on scrims since it is a simulation of the games we will play. So I am hype to get on the field, get my Jersey and get my name in people’s head! Go London Royals and let’s rule this season!
