William Lim is entering training camp yet again. As the second longest tenured player in the Yeti team, he lost track or the amount of times he went through this phase of the season. So this training camp will be another routine for him.
This camp, however is not as routine as it seems. Thwre has been some big changes in the roster, and more importantly for William, in the wide receiver room. Leeroy Jenkins, his draft class buddy and the team's longtime WR2/3, has somehow made the transition to offensive line during the offseason. (A move that would have given some of the old Yeti management a disturbing flashback, William mused) on his place the team called up Cole Maxwell, a Second year rookie from Dallas Birddogs. Cole, who is making a transition from safety to wide receiver on top of transitioning between leagues, happenes to be from the same DSFL team William himself had been on. In fact, the two got some relationship from William's offseason job in Dallas. So this camp, William plans to set aside some time to help the rookie out on being accustomed to being a wide receiver and a big leagues player. And as the team doesn't want him to participate in too many drills as he's getting older now, he'll hqve plenty time without getting in trouble with the team, too. (230)
