Marcus Jones elected not to attend training camp with either the Arizona Outlaws or the Tijuana Luchadores this season. He is confident enough in his training and his abilities that he made the decision to instead go to Big Bear to work on his strength and conditioning ahead of the new season. He spent many hours training his body to be in peak physical performance for when it comes time to play games; he knows enough about football already to not have to worry about the game itself. Once he gets in peak athletic form, the rest will follow easily. It's not always the most popular decision for a player to not turn up to training camp, but Marcus' coaches know not to question what he brings to the table and the way he chooses to go about doing things, so they decided that this was okay. The training that he put himself through will hopefully translate to another productive and successful season in Tijuana for Marcus, and he's excited to see how it all works out. In terms of the actual training camps, by all accounts they were very interesting but obviously none of the stories that have been shared are fit to be repeated here.
