L'Gazzy Burfict loves kids. Fact. And no, not like that, he is no L'Gazzy Savile. Thing is, what with his community work and coming from such a close knit town back in Mississippi, he has just always found himself around them. So when the letter found its way to him shortly after the Outlaws had gone 5 and 0 he was more than happy to send over his RSVP to the family.
The party itself was the day of the game over in New Orleans which meant L'Gazzy had to catch a later flight out there (coach signed this off, but it clearly hampered his on field performance). Now L'Gazzy Burfict is far from an ideas man. I mean, he's had several concussions over the years which probably haven't helped, so his plan for the party made the parents a little sceptical.
First off, he arrived with a box full of chicken wings (he had to get his fix) before then inviting the kids to sit down and ask about his career so far. After a little while he then decided to challenge them all to a few show of strength type activities. First off, to see how many of them could climb on him before his knees gave way. Second, how many of the kids it took to take him down in an Oklahoma esq drill. The parents were a little shocked, the kids loved it, and there were minimal injuries. To close out, L'Gazzy gave the birthday boy an Outlaws signed jersey and everyone got tickets to an upcoming game.
