- A quarter of the way through the season your player receives a letter requesting they show up for a young fan's birthday party. Do they go? If so, what do they do to make the day memorable for the child? If not, why?
Romulus would absolutely follow through with the request to show up to a young fan's birthday party. There are a lot of reasons why, namely one would be; He's been there! He knows how much it would mean to a young fan to have an idol walk into his birthday party, he had plenty of those idols growing up that would have made his dream come true growing up. Another is that he could help out in by becoming a pillar in his community, giving back to others after finally making it to the big leagues after all these years. He would go there and bring gifts (football gear, madden, Xbox) anything that would possibly push the dream this boy/girl has to the next level. I would hope that he would have an impact and make the day memorable by just being there, but Romulus would definitely take them out back and play catch for a while. Also would ensure to get them tickets to the next game nearby (Romulus obviously has fans across the world so who knows who is going to be the first birthday he goes to). I think by creating these kinds of bonds, as well as reaching back out to the community that gave him so much, Romulus will have a great impact on more than just the one child he saw that day.
