(S29) PT 2 - Double Trouble?

The overachieving team at the moment, I personally think the Yeti are currently out performing expectations. For a team that were sitting at .500 last season to be at 5-2 after 7 weeks is phenomenal. That's not to say that they don't deserve to be where they are, just that they currently sit a little higher up the division that I anticipated. Wins against the Sailfish and Berlin are where I think they really made this ground up, while wins against Libery and the Hawks were really victories I expected them to take.

In terms of underachiving, it really has to be the Austin Copperheads. Initially, it was easy to write off their early performances as back luck with the schedule, as they faced the Arizona Outlaws, Sarasota Sailfish and the New York Silverbacks in their first 5 games. That's a really rough run of games and it's understandable to see them a little further down the division than you'd anticipate. However, after losses to Orange County Otters and a tie with San Jose Sabercats, I think they really need to get a few back to back wins over the Yetis, Berlin and the Otters in the upcoming weeks. I still see Austin sneaking into the playoffs but not in the commanding fashion that I initially expected. I genuinely had them competing with Arizona and NYS at the start of the season.
