PickSix II receives a letter from a young fan asking if he can attend his birthday party. Of course PickSix isn't going to go, he couldn't even hold down a job at his high school to be a replacement football coach because there was no money involved. PickSix does not do charity work, he's not a role model, he's simply a football player. Does some random retail casher show up to a random birthday party if asked? of course not, so why should PickSix waste his time with some young fan? It's not like the young fan has money to pay for his merchandise or tickets to go see his games.
PickSix isn't totally heartless tho, he will send the fan some vouchers for the stadium buffet to the fan can pay for tickets to come see him play and get a 10% discount at the restaurant for his birthday meal because PickSix does care about the fans, just not in the way most people care about fans. PickSix will even tell the clubhouse guy to take a signed football to the birthday fan if he comes and watches him play next time. What a deal! a limited edition PickSix signed ball for one lucky birthday fan!
PickSix will also include a letter that simply says. 'Charity begins at home'
