London teammates Buffalo Hunter and Bradley "Deepthreat" Welch share a special moment before their final game of the season against Portland. The two Royals have developed a close bond, despite Hunter being a shy and reserved type and Welch being the complete opposite. Outspoken and seeking glory on a weekly basis, perhaps Hunter sees Welch as somewhat of a role model of how to increase your profile in the ever demanding ISFL media circus. When Welch initially showed up in the Royals locker room, Hunter didn't know quite what to make of the young wide receiver, however his opinion has changed and now they are regularly seen attending the same parties, clubs and even playing golf on the weekends. This unlikely duo is likely to be separated however, as Hunter contemplates his future in the ISFL. It's said that he has been disappointed in his play this season and combined with some personal issues recently, he has been thinking about taking a break, perhaps permanently as he seeks to sort out some solutions to these previously mentioned issues. Welch will be fine without his wingman and should continue on his path to ISFL stardom and the rewards that will come with it. Whether Welch and Hunter end up on teams geographically close, the two will remain buddies and continue their friendship.
