Losing to our biggest rival is always rough, back in my Minn days are biggest rival (considered by me) were the Norfolk Seawolves, if we lost an OT game against them I would be super devastated and really demoralised, and we always seemed to split in the regular season, and I just hate them. The locker room would be a mess, Norfolk were never good when we played them so if we lost there would be some choice words going around, people looking for answers, my player would be mouthing off but mostly about himself, Daniel would be super critical of himself (unless the offence was really bad) and his emotions would certainly be out in full force. Players that would stand up would be people like Huntsman and Frank, they were true captains on the field and in the locker room, they would get everyone to calm down, discuss what went wrong in the game, what we needed to work on as a team, give out proper accountability, they would gather everyone around and will get everyone focusing on the future and whoever our next game is against, our GM’s would also take control of the situation, making sure the team is together and can move on so we can bounce back.
