At this point Chicago is so numb to wacky endings and losing close games that it doesn't even affect any of us like it should. Most of the time after games we're just trying to go over what happened to try and understand just why something like the offense doing a half back dive on 4th down while you are ahead and are also in side of your own 30 yard line could happen in a modern football game. the weird overtime loses really only hurt the new players. But through every great loss all the people who are still around for some reason just start bringing up all the stories about the other crazy losses that shouldn't have happened but somehow do still. The Gm's of the team really get into it as well as they keep recordings and drawings of some of the disasters on hand for these "traumatic sporting events". Sometimes its just the audio of the commentators trying to figure out what just happened. Its a lot better when its a national broadcast and they realy have no idea that this is normal and are flailing to explain how a team was able to get their kicking team on the field and to get as snap off in a couple of seconds on the clock and no timeouts.
