Considering this appears to be a clerical error, who are the FO supposed to be coming down hard on?

I mean, obviously something needs to be done, but it sounds like you want to see some kind of punishment... which would appear to be counterproductive at this stage, given that the only people it could affect have done nothing wrong.

I meant the player, not the Hawks as a team. My belief is that the player should be removed immediately.
