Actually, I do have an idea.

What if we gave every team we played a TE with 160 for that week? Since that's the exact benefit we received, we would be doing the exact same thing for our opponent. You could even distribute the TPE just like Gibson had. In fact, you could just transfer his player around the league and retire him when everyone is even.

The problem is, in some cases, like with the Wraiths, and the Liberty, and the Otters, that's a disadvantage. I think they should just get 110 TPE more then they earned. It might be a pain for @ErMurazor to do in the sim, but...
