*Carmel Gibson has spent too much TPE

The problem i have with this is there are teams with TEs better than 160 TPE, so for some teams this would just be giving a backup.

In that case we give them a player with 160 TPE in the position of their choice.
I really do think giving Gibson for the game is a solid idea though. Eye for an eye so to speak. The more I think about the TPE boost the more I see it could be game breaking. You could boost a TE with a speed of 70 to 90.
