*Carmel Gibson has spent too much TPE

Suspended? I think the player should be retired. I understand that this isn't the the Hawks Gms fault ( @HENDRIX @Noppadet) as they shouldn't be expected to hound their players on TPE input. This isn't @Noble or @Bwestfield, at least that is what I've been repeated told so they shouldn't be punished. Still, it is ridiculous and inexcusable for this to happen. This league is built on trust! I remember reading the Rookie Guide and the Reddit recruitment post. @Ballerstorm stated in one or the other (or both) that the league is "User-powered". We should be able to trust our Users to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and FOLLOW THEM. If that can't be done then you cannot be allowed to play.

I really think strong action should be encouraged here; I understand we don't want to become a scary totalitarian forum page but I really think that we have to move on from this quickly.

I believe Carmel Gibson should be forcible retired by NSFL officials. It should be a vote on forced retirement with the option of an appeal for the user involved. Carmel Gibson is not even active (as I have been told) so this should seriously be considered. The user, if he wishes, should be allowed to join the league once again; but he MUST create a new player. I really think we just need to wash our hands away from Carmel Gibson, the player; not necessarily the user (OF COURSE the user should be given a stern warning, and be watched over very carefully).

This is the easy solution! Take him out of the league! The Hawks just basically had an unfair advantage for 11 games and no punishment is being inflicted!Gibson is going to be suspended, but the Hawks had an unfair advantage for these games.

I'm going to keep pushing for this until Gibson is out of the league and we've gotten something for it. The 110 TPE TE bonus is a good idea (and like @ErMurazor pointed out, not too impactful) so that should happen imo.
