My mindset has always been to work hard now, so that I can relax with no worries when I’m older and retired. I’m putting the work in so I can earn those big time superstar contracts one day in the big league. I’m hitting up those press conferences. I’m appearing on people’s podcasts. I’m racking up good money.
What people don’t see is that I put a lot of money into my savings account. I’m already a multimillionaire. If people are living life comfortably with literally millions less, I can live comfortably with my money without having to blow it all. I’m perfectly happy with buying a two story house with about three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Why do I need a mansion? Why do I need a Lamborghini or a Bughatti when I’d love to have a Camaro?
I work hard now so I don’t have to later, but at the end of the day, I could retire right now and live well within my means for the rest of my life. It’s all about smart decisions.
