I understand the need to have some historical context but S18 seems like an extremely harsh cutoff. Hypothetically, someone who created in S25 has had over an entire year of real-time elapse since getting drafted into the ISFL (and even more since signing up at first). S22 has had over a year and a half. That should be plenty of time for someone invested in the league to be able to understand historical context if that's something they're really into, and I don't see a reason to pre-screen them out rather than just let them try their hand at showing they have that ability in the interview process. There are a lot of really great users who have been around for slightly less time than the S18 class and it feels a shame to me to prevent any of them from even applying.
Definitely not using this as a cover for myself btw, but I believe there are a few friends from S25 who have learned a lot about the league's history and would excel if given a chance to add a fresher perspective to the league while still being able to appreciate the historical context for stats etc.
