I'm going to play off of the PTs choices already made for one of Boss' preferred targets.
George Wright Jr.
This man is one of the main reasons Mike Boss has been so effective.
We all know how amazing he is as a blocker. He's been owning the Offensive Line since day one. One of the biggest questions that a lot of people had for his build was whether or not he can be a threat in the passing game.
Long story short, he proved that and then some.
Currently leading all receivers in catches, leading all Tight Ends in receiving yards and three touchdowns on the year, along with topping his total of Pancakes from a year before and tied for the most for a TE with Yellowknife rival Ricky Maddox, he's currently on the fast track of becoming the Best TE recipient for Season Two.
He's on pace to grab over 90 catches, 600+ yard receiving and five touchdowns on the year depending on the last two games for the Otters fair for him individually. If that's the case, he will then set the standard for his position and I don't see a decline in his game, he'll only get better in my eyes.
The closest Tight End to him would be the aforementioned Ricky Maddox who is putting up his best stats as a Tight End in his own right but putting the stats for both Maddox and Wright Jr. side by side, they both have a solid case made for who will be the top TE for Season Two.
With that being said, for the one that marked the biggest improvement between the two of them, it's no question who will come out on top of that. Maddox was in the conversation last year for being the Best TE in Season One and continued his stellar play. Wright Jr. went from not being in the conversation for top three TEs in the league to at the head of the whole position. How can anyone refute that?
