I've discussed this a few times in the past and it will come to no surprise to anyone that when Pizzaman finally hangs up his cleats he will be focusing on improving and expanding his pizzeria business. When Pizzaman was drafted to Bondi he was immediately contacted by Dominos for a franchise opportunity that would serve in lieu of a sponsorship deal- he declined and instead decided to start his own pizzeria. His agent and lawyer informed him that he could change his name, but this could also be a good move to just open his own line. His small chain, only a few locations (5 total) near Sydney, AUS and Orange County currently are operational but within Pizzamans retirement plan is a business strategy to expand within all 50 US states and AUS. There has been moderate success with Don Shula's as well as Mike Ditka's steakhouses within the US, but unless I am mistaken there are no ISFL affiliated food chains. Pizzaman's plan is to expand on his upscale pizza chain (similar to Anthony's Coal Fired) but also open up express locations with NY style for game day pies!
