Thank you for a spotlight. I appreciate it. How much TPE would that earn me so I can put it in my updates tab?

It's money you can spend to gain TPE. It'll get deposited to your bank (here) when this gets graded, which will likely take a few days. Once it's in your account, you can use it to buy equipment and spend on weekly training to gain extra TPE. This was a large article, so 10% should be almost enough for a +3 TPE training or half of a +5 TPE training (almost $500,000). (The rookie guide in the Create a Player area has all the links. I bookmarked it and used it a lot when I first started.)
