Selected for what? I never applied for anything. I love my position as consigliere of the Otters and I have never (nor never will) applied for GM of anything. I have my responsibilities and my leadership of the team and don't need an official title to enforce it.

Step 1: Accuse other people of sitting on the sidelines.
Step 2: Admit that you just sit on the sidelines and won't ever try to do more.
