Gotta call out some author bias.  Portland doesn't have pythons, which also aren't purple, and don't have prominent fangs.

I mean it's true. But the point wasn't that Hawks aren't yellow or coyotes aren't purple.

SaberCats aren't green Otters aren't orange the list goes on
