given the egregious behavior, attitude, and level of misdeed, I'd go straight to banning the isp and warning any other sim leagues

it's an admittance of guilt without a shred of remorse and a dismissal of responsibility (the attitude of oh, here's my reason to leave)...it's difficult to be this guilty and this flippant about it and I'm just not sure that type of person should be part of this

I agree with you. He's a known repeat offender, was given another chance, abused his power, then showed no remorse in the decision. That's not a person we ever want back in the league, let alone able to apply for a freaking HO position ever again.
