So in this case it would bump him down to 205 TPE. A 205 TPE QB is better than what the Yeti have now as a QB. Then giving him a 2 week ban, a lifetime ban on league jobs and making him have to earn his way back up to TPE total like everyone else. You teach a young guy a lesson like that and he either understands it or he doesn't and just goes inactive.
During my time in sim leagues if you throw the book at someone you lose a member (who you can argue might be important or not) but you also lose teammates motivation to do anything given the team is now handicapped. If the teammates knew about the situation and were just hiding it for him they would be directly at fault as well, but given his position in the league and the Admin CP control he had; he did it behind closed doors.
I agree a guy like him needs to be made an example of but in the future I think punishing the team does more harm then originally intended when dealing with said members shady maneuvers. Yes I wish he hadn't broken the trust of anyone in power and all the members in this league, but I wish the punishment didn't directly hurt the members below him who in this situation are completely innocent. Kick his QB back a bit, make him earn his way back in the Bank by stripping his earnings.
This is a great solution, It only sucks that Noble is gonna go IA anyway.
