Change TPE payout for Weekly Pick'em

This wouldn't be a terrible solution but my bigger problem is the fact that there is no difference between getting 3 correct or 4 correct and 1 or 2 correct which doesn't really seem fair to me.

I guess I was just thinking on the fact that I'd much rather at the very least have a shot at getting a guaranteed 2TPE for every prediction.

I just think that my method would be a better compromise, because I see what is meant about the inflation of TPE, pretty much saying that Friday would be the only time where you can get up to 4TPE because of the two weeks of games that get played.
